NouraCare collects only information needed to provide consultation, order review, payment coordination and delivery. Health and delivery details should be accessed only by authorised staff.

Location data

Browser location is optional and requested only when the customer chooses to share it during checkout. Manual address entry remains available.

Payments

Card details must be entered on the configured payment provider’s secure checkout. NouraCare does not need to store raw card numbers.

Discreet fulfilment

Operational notes should avoid unnecessary disclosure of sensitive health information on packaging or delivery labels.
